Prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Certain restrictions apply. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. All itineraries and prices are subject to change without notice. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
*Additional gratuities may be charged for onboard purchases such as specialty dining, beverage purchases, specialty coffees.
Air fare, transfers, pre/post cruise hotel stay(s), onboard purchases, specialty dining, alcoholic drinks, soda’s, specialty coffee or excursions.
The Stateroom Deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposit is $200.00 per person for all cabin types.
3RD AND 4TH PRICING: Call for pricing. We have limited availability.
$298.46 per person for Interior, Oceanview or Balcony cabins, $315.96 for all Suites, will be added to your reservation to cover your port taxes/fees, and gratuities., All fees are per person.
Payments will be divided equally by the number of months left before FINAL PAYMENT on February 15, 2025.
Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the Fifteenth (15th) of each payment date. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information for Auto Pay prior to monthly payment date.
If your payment is not made on the due date or within 3 days, you will be subject to a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 60 days past due, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Penalties will be applied.
Name changes will be assessed a $100.00 fee per name changed. Advise Flying Dutchmen Travel who will be paying the fee at the time you request the change.
All monies due must be paid in full by February 15, 2025.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must submit your request in writing to info@fdtemail.com. Penalties will be applied.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Cancel before September 15, 2024 penalties are $50.00 per person + 3.5% of payments made to recover credit card processing fees.
Cancel September 16, - November 13, 2024 - penalties are $100.00 per person + 3.5% of payments made to recover credit card processing fees.
Cancel November 14, 2024 - January 13, 2025 penalties are $150.00 per person + 3.5% of payments made to recover credit card processing fees.
Cancel January 14, 2025 or later and payments are 100% non-refundable.

Fuel Surcharge: Royal Caribbean Cruise Line reserves the right to implement a fuel charge if oil prices rise above $65.00 a barrel with a maximum of $10.00 per person per day. This increase would be added to your trip cost.
Airline tickets issued in association with this cruise are subject to all the rules, regulations and penalties imposed by the individual airlines.
Pre and/or Post Cruise Packages are subject to different penalties for changes or cancellation. These will be determined by the vendors that are used.
Any disputes arising from your travel must be settled in California. Information and pricing is subject to change without notice. You are responsible for arriving at the respective ports on time for embarkation and for joining the vessel at its next port of call if, for any reason you miss a scheduled sailing.
