The Stateroom Deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposit is $500.00 per person for all cabin types.

Name changes will be assessed a $100.00 fee per name changed. Advise Flying Dutchmen Travel who will be paying the fee at the time you request the change.

All monies due must be paid in full by September 5, 2024. 

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and received by Flying Dutchmen no later two the day before cancellation penalties are to be assessed. Fare is defined as the full cost of any cruise or air component purchased from Oceania Cruises, excluding optional facilities and services fees. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions of the Guest Ticket/Contract for fees relating to the cancellation of optional facilities and services. The following cancellation charges will be assessed for all written cancellations received up to the scheduled time of departure.

• 150-121 Days Prior - 25% of Fare

• 90-61 Days Prior - 75% of Fare
• 60-0 Days Prior - 100% of Fare
• Deposit PH-G - $500 P/Guest
• Final Payment Due - 150 Days prior to sailing (September 5, 2024)
