Prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Certain restrictions apply. All prices are quoted in US Dollars. All itineraries and prices are subject to change without notice. The Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
Air fare, transfers, pre/post cruise hotel stay(s), onboard purchases, specialty dining, or excursions.
The Stateroom Deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposit is $200.00 per person for all cabin types.
$469.61 per person for Oceanview or Veranda cabins, $476.61 for Concierge, and $504.61 for all Suites has been added to your reservation to cover your port taxes/fees, and gratuities. All fees are per person.
Payments will be divided equally by the number of months left before FINAL PAYMENT on June 10, 2026.
Your credit card on file will be charged automatically on the Tenth (10th) of each month with final payment on June 10, 2026. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information for Auto Pay prior to monthly payment date.
If your payment is not made on the due date or within 3 days, you will be subject to a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 60 days past due, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Penalties will be applied.
Name changes will be assessed a $100.00 fee per name changed. Advise Flying Dutchmen Travel who will be paying the fee at the time you request the change.
All monies due must be paid in full by June 10, 2026.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must submit your request in writing to info@flyingdutchmentravel.com. Penalties will be applied.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Cancel before June 12, 2026 penalties are 5.00% of payments made to cover credit card processing fees.
Cancel June 13 - July 22, 2026 - penalties are $250.00 per person + 5.00% of payments made to recover credit card processing fees.
Cancel July 23 - August 13, 2026 penalties are 50.00% + 5.00% of payments made to recover credit card processing fees.
Cancel August 14, 2026 or later penalty is 100% non-refundable.
We highly recommend travel insurance. If you have questions regarding travel insurance coverage, please contact TRAVEL GUARD at 1-800-826-4919. We recommend that insurance be purchased within 12 days of deposit to include any pre-existing conditions.
Fuel Surcharge: Celebrity Cruises reserves the right to implement a fuel charge if oil prices rise above $65.00 a barrel with a maximum of $10.00 per person per day. This increase would be added to your trip cost.
Airline tickets issued in association with this cruise are subject to all the rules, regulations and penalties imposed by the individual airlines.
Pre and/or Post Cruise Packages are subject to different penalties for changes or cancellation. These will be determined by the vendors that are used.
Any disputes arising from your travel must be settled in Florida. Information and pricing is subject to change without notice. While we do our very best to ensure that information and pricing appearing in this website is complete and accurate, we cannot be responsible for incomplete and inaccurate representations, which may or may not be under our control. In the event of a pricing error, misrepresentation or omission, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or make any other corrections.
